Background
FABNexus, Inc. was founded by industry veteran Jerry W. Rice, who brings several decades of technical and business expertise with equipment control and automation software products and services. FABNexus has provided software engineering services to various high-tech industries, including semiconductor, bio-medical, and data communication equipment providers. The services provided have contributed to the successful release of products and capabilities for various industry leaders including Applied Materials, Intel, Accel Biotech, ASM America, Genus, Veeco and Mattson Technology. ^

By providing a spectrum of technical services from the analysis of solutions and development of project plans to on-time deliverables, FABNexus provides differentiable value in profitability and productivity for our clients and the clients they serve. As President and CTO, Jerry provides the technical as well as corporate leadership for FABNexus. Jerry has many years of experience in developing software products and delivering technical services. He has directed and operated his consulting company for over three decades, and has helped others successfully operate theirs.
Jerry has both commercial and technical experience in semiconductor equipment, network communications, and embedded systems development and support, including extensive expertise in the field of data communications and system software architecture and design. He has developed control and communication packages, complex state machines, real-time device handlers, device-interrupt/buffering tasks, and specialized hardware-oriented software subsystems.^

FABNexus staff members have been successfully participating in product development, software development, product launches, customer engagement, customer support, project management, and business management for many years. Our staff members are active participants in industry forums, and organizations that provide visibility, and a voice, regarding industry and technology trends, and upcoming challenges and solutions. With this relevant experience and industry involvement, FABNexus is armed with the tools and the knowledge that provides true value to the clients we serve.
The core consulting company was founded in 1982 as ISCS, and in 2005 rebranded as FABNexus. The staff at FABNexus has consistently provided products and services on time and within budget. For example, one of our current projects has included FABNexus staff members providing ongoing software development and support service to a top tier semiconductor equipment manufacturer for 3 years. The program continues to provide value to our client, and in fact has continued to receive ongoing and additional development requests from this client and their customer. The results we provide consistently provide the targeted value to our customers, and the customers they serve.^
